<br /> "'" "" <br /> .. of" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1137 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION .DECLARING LANDS OWNED BY VILLAGE TO BE SURPLUS LANDS <br /> AND AU'lHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE CONTRAC'l' <br /> TO SELL <br /> WHEREAS the Village of NeW Brighton is now the owner of a <br /> 40ft. lot legally described as: <br /> Lot 30, Block 5, Second Addition to New Brighton <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS the Village of New Brighton has no present nor <br /> future public use of such parcel of land, and <br /> WHEREAS Marlyn R. Tramm has offered to purchase such land at <br /> a price which appears fair and equitable <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. That land described as: <br /> Lot 30, Block 5, Second Addition to New Brighton <br /> which is now owned by the Village of New Brighton, be <br /> and is hereby declared to be surplus land having no <br /> present or planned future public use. <br /> 2. That the offer of Marlyn R. Tramm to purchase such land <br /> at a price of $1,275.00 appears to be fair and equitable <br /> as to price and terms. <br /> 3. ~e Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute on behalf of the Village of New Brighton the <br /> written offer of Mr. Tramm, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto, and further to execute and deliver all necessary <br /> documents to perform such agreement. <br /> 4.
