<br /> - ., " <br /> .- . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1125 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING DEAD END SIGN AT 9TH STREET N.W. AND <br /> OAKWOOD DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS residents in the area of 9th Street N.W. and Oakwood <br /> Drive have submitted a petition to the Village of New Brighton <br /> requesting that a Dead End sign be erected at the intersection of <br /> 9th Street N.W. and Oakwood Drive, and <br /> WHEREAS after review, the Council has determined that the <br /> placement of a Dead End sign at 9th Street N.W. and Oakwood Drive <br /> would be in the best interest of the Village <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of New Brighton <br /> that a Dead End sign be erected on the Village easement abutting <br /> the south property line of Lot 4, Block 2, Lakewood Plaza <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Director of Public <br /> Works be and is hereby ordered and directed to implement the <br /> provisions of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of September, 1972. <br /> ~/ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> -VO:::=L r?
