<br /> f ~ .. <br /> ....... <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1124 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF 2-WAY STOP SIGNS ON <br /> l3TH STREET N.W. INTERSECTION OF HIGHVIEW DRIVE AND 13TH STREET N. H. <br /> AND 3-WAY STOP SIGNS AT 13TH STREET N .W. AND PIKE LAKE DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS Section 740:05 of the New Brighton Village Code <br /> states that the Village Council shall designate stop streets by <br /> resolu.tion, and <br /> WHEREAS it is in the public safety for the orderly flow of <br /> traffic to have stop signs installed on 13th Street N.W. at the <br /> intersection of Highview Drive and 13th Street N.W. and 3-way <br /> stop signs at 13th Street N.W. and Pike Lake Drive <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> 1. 2-way stop signs be installed on 13th Street N.W. at <br /> the intersection of Highview Drive and 13th Street N.W. <br /> and 3-way stop signs at 13th Street N.W. and Pike Lake <br /> Drive <br /> 2. The Director of Public Works ,is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to install stop signs at the above locations <br /> pursuant to Section 740:00 of the New Brighton Village <br /> Code. <br /> Adopted this 26th day of September. 1972. <br /> ".-' <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ~ e,j)JJ~ <br /> Vexnon C.
