<br /> ~~..- -' <br /> .., " <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1105 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION TO <br /> EXPERT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITHIN PARK FUND <br /> WHEREAS there are indications of Dutch Elm Disease within <br /> the Village, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council wishes an expert analysis of the evidence <br /> 'of such dd:sease within the Village, and <br /> WHEREAS funds were not provided within the 1972 Park operating <br /> budget to retain the services of s4ch expert, and <br /> WHEREAS funds are available within the Contingency Appropriation <br /> to fund such inspection <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton that $780.00 be transferred from the Contingency <br /> Appropriation to Expert and Professional Services within the Park <br /> Fund to p~ovide the expertise necessary to provide such inspection <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Manager and Clerk- <br /> Treasurer be and' are hereby ordered and directed to implement <br /> the conditions of this resolution. <br /> Adopted this 8th day of August 1972. <br /> ~' <br /> . <br /> Gay c.
