BETWEEN ITS JUNCTION WITH OLD HIGHWAY 8 AND <br /> 7TH STREET N.W. <br /> " WHEREAS 8th Avenue N..W. between its junction with Old <br /> jO Highway 8 and 7th Street N.W. is a Village street, and <br /> . WHEREAS the Council has determined that excessive truck <br /> traffic exists and is incompatible with the residential nature of <br /> the area, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 720:02 of the New Brighton Village Code <br /> provides that the Council by resolution may designate streets or <br /> highways or, portions thereof, over which thru traffic by trucks, <br /> in excess of a designated gross weight shall be prohibited <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village <br /> of New Brighton that 8th Avenue N.W. between its junction with <br /> Old Highway 8 and 7th Street N.W. be posted for "No Trucks over <br /> 10,000 pounds Gross Weight.
