<br />> . <br />1 ... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1095 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATIONS TO <br />GENERAL FUND CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the 1972 Village operating Budget provided for a <br />public address system for the Village Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS this system has proved inadequate in making Council <br />proceedings completely audible to those present in the Councll <br />chambers, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS funds are available in the contingency Appropriation <br />to fund the purchase of additions to the system <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That $600.00 be transferred <br />from the contingency Appropriation to the $eneral Fund Capital <br />outlay account to provide for the purchase and installation of <br />additional microphones and related equipment. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Manager and Clerk-Treasurer <br />bring into effect the provisions of this resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 25th day of July, 1972 <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />ATTEST, tfJ ~ . <br />_.....',y ~ <br />~..
