<br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY
<br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON
<br /> RESOLUTIO~ APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
<br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON
<br /> WHEREAS the owners of certain properties in the village of
<br /> New Brighton, County of Ramsey, have requested permission to
<br /> adju.st their lot lines all within their respective properties
<br /> described as follows:
<br /> Lot 8, Block 23, Bel-AirPark plat 6, Ramsey County,
<br /> Minnesota, and Lot 9, Block 6, Bel-Air Park,
<br /> :Ramsey county, Minnesota, and
<br /> waEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is
<br /> located in m'Unicipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance,
<br /> approval of that municipality must be obtained before such
<br /> subdivision can be filed, and
<br /> W@EREAS Section 475 :24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton
<br /> Village Code provides for subdivision Of property without platting,
<br /> if. certain criteria can be met, and
<br /> WHEREAS the CO'l,J.ncil has determined that s\l.ch criteria has
<br /> been met
