STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUN''lY OF AAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO HIRE <br />. .EXPtRT PLANNINGCON~:ULTANTS TO ADVISE THE VILLAGE COUN'CIL IN <br />, REGARP TO PRD-19, REZONING APPLJ;CATION R-81 AND R-82 AND SPECIAL <br />USE PERMIT APPLICATION SP-53 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS app1icat10nshave been made by Darrel' FarrDeve10p- <br />ment for PRD-19, Rezonj':ri.g Application No. R"':81 and R....82 and <br />, Special Use Permit No .Sp-53, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Village of New Brighton at the present time does <br />.not have an expert planning consultant, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS these applications involve approximately 75 acres <br />of land in the Village of New Brighten, and ' <br /> <br />~REASthe Village Council needs expert planning advice <br />prior to making a decision on these applications: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />1. ,The Village Manager 'is'hereby authorized and directed <br />to hire one or more expert planning consultants; <br />2~ . The maximum amount to be spent. on this project without <br />further authorization fremthe Village Council is $3,000;- <br />3.
