<br /> 1. The proposed improvements be referred to Milner w. Carley'
<br /> " and Associates for study and that ~hey be instructed to
<br /> report to the Village Council with all convenient speed
<br /> ,,' advlsingthe Council in a preliminary way as to whether
<br /> ,:the proposed improvements are feasible and as to whether
<br /> the:y shoutd best be made as proposed improvements or in
<br /> 'connection with some other improvement, and that estimated
<br /> ~ost of the improvements as recommended
