<br /> . WBEREASthe Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey County by
<br /> re'~olution dat~d September 24, 1973, classified as nonconservation
<br /> land, certain. land lying within the limits of the Village of New
<br /> Brighton, and
<br /> WHEREAS'a certified copy .of the classification resolution
<br /> together with a, list of the land classified has been submitted
<br /> for approval of the classification and saletof the land classified
<br /> in accordance with MSA~ Section 282.01, Subd. 1.
<br /> NOW TH~EEFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the classification of the
<br /> following described land shown on said list as nonconservation land
<br /> be'and hereby is approved.
