<br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY
<br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON
<br /> RESOLUTION CERTIFYING UNPAID WATER AND SEWER CHARGES TO THE
<br /> COUNTY AUOITORTO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER TAXES ON SAID PROPERTY
<br /> . . waEREAS Section 265 of the Naw Brighton Village Code
<br /> established rules " rates and charges for sewer services in .the
<br /> Village of New Brighton, and
<br /> , .
<br /> WHEJU!:AS Section 280 of the New Brighton Village Code
<br /> established rules, rates and charges for water services in the
<br /> Village of New Brighton, and
<br /> WHEREAS Minnesota Statutes 444.075, Subd. 3, provides that
<br /> all delinquent; service pharges not paid may- be certified to the
<br /> ) County Anditor with the taxes against such property, and shall be
<br /> cQllect;ed:withother taxes on such property, and
<br /> WBEREAS an assessment roll has been prepared specifying the
<br /> . amounts which include all penalties to be certified against each
<br /> particu-larproperty
<br /> , ,
<br /> , NOWTB!REFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of
<br /> the Vil':J,:a.ge of New Brighton, That
<br /> 1. <'rhere is hereby determined to be'a total uncollected
<br /> ~ount of delinquent water or sewer accounts, which amount
<br /> ~ncludes all ~enalties of $1,709.83:
<br /> 2. . That such amount is hereby certified to the County
<br /> Auditor for collection with other taxes on said
<br /> properties:
