<br />." RESOLUTION REMOVING TH. 96 EXTENSION FROM M,ISSISSIPPI STREET TO
<br /> C.S'.A.H.77 FROM THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID SYSTEM
<br /> WHE~AS the Village of New Brighton has a street described
<br />, as TH',% Extension from Mississippi street toC.S.A.H. 77
<br /> design~tedon its Municipal State ,Aid System as M.S.A. 114, and
<br /> WHEREAS Ramsey County is acquiring that property west of
<br /> Old Hwy 8 (C.S.A.H. 77) and east of Minnesota Transfer Railroad
<br /> t~acks'in the vicinity of Rush Lake for Open Space purposes, and
<br /> WHEREAS the construction of a State Aid street in this area
<br /> is felt tobeinconsisterit with Open Space usage
<br /> NOW. THEREFORE:BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
<br /> V~11age of New Brighton that the street described as M.S.A. 114
<br /> also described as TH. 96 Extension from Mississippi Street to
<br /> C.S.A.H 77 be removed from the New Brighton Municipal state Aid
<br /> . '
<br /> System, , subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways,
<br /> State of Minnesota.
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk is hereby
<br /> . authorized andduected to forward two cert.ified copies of this
<br /> resolution 'to the commissioner of Highways for his consideration
<br /> and appxoval.
