<br /> '. ReSOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 74-6 TO ENGINEER FOR
<br /> STUDY AND REPORT
<br /> ,WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improvement:
<br /> Construction of storm sewer
<br /> Ar~a generally bounded py Old Highway 8 on the west
<br /> and north, the Minnesota Transfer Railway on the east
<br /> and 4th Street N~W~ extended'on the south
<br /> and ,to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the
<br /> " cost ,of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. statutes, Sec~ 429.011
<br /> tb42~.111 CLaws 1953, Chapter 398,as amended).
<br /> ,NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of 'the
<br /> Villa.ge of New Brighton, Minnesota, That the proposed improvement
<br /> ,be .referred to" Milner Carley and Associates for study and that he
<br /> is instructedt6report to the Council with all convenient speed
<br /> 'advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
<br /> .,proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
<br /> be ,made a$propQsed or in connection with some other, imp:r:ovement,
<br /> "~d the li!stimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
