<br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 75~1 TO ENGINEER FOR
<br /> STUDY AND REPORT
<br /> WHEREAS i,t is proposed to make the following improvement
<br /> storm Siewer, bituminous base and surfacing" concrete
<br /> curb and gutter
<br /> to connect Foss Road and Silver Lane
<br /> ~rid to ,assess the b~nefited property for all or a portion of the
<br /> cost of ,the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes, Sec. 429.011
<br /> to429~111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, Cl s amended).
<br /> NOWTHE~FORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
<br /> Village of New Brighton, Minnesota, That the proposed' improvement

<br /> is instructed to report to the Council in 'a preliminary way as to
<br /> whether the proposed, improvement is feasible and as to whether it
