<br />NOW'T.H,EiEFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW,
<br />BRIGHTON, M~ESJ TA:

<br />1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached ,
<br />hereto and,ma~e a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall consti".
<br />tutethespe:cd:al assessment against the lands named therein, and
<br />each tractcif/land therein ,included is hereby found to be benefitec~
<br />" by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied
<br />against it:.

<br />2. Such 'a,ssE;lssment shall be payable in equal annual" install..
<br />mentsextending;: over apariod of fifteen (15 ) years, the first of
<br />tbe installments to be payable on or after the first Monday in
<br />, ' ' January ,1~74#'and shall bear" interest at 'the rate of eight percent

<br />prior to certification of the assessment ,to the county auditor, pay
<br />the whole of the assessment'on such propertYt with.interest accrued
<br />to the date of payment, to the, Village Treasure:rf. exc~pt that no
<br />interes-c 'shall be charged if the, entire assessment is I?aid any time
<br />. thereafter, pay to the county treasurer, and the balance of the
<br />~~sessments remaining unpaid to the Village Treasurer with interest
<br />Clccrued'in ,accordance with the status in sU,ch case"made and provided.

<br />4. ,The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate 01
