<br />BElT RESOLVED by the. Village Council of the Village of
<br />New Brighton, Minnesota as fOllows:
<br />~REAS pursuant to p.:toper noti.ce duly given as required by
<br />law the Village Councilhas~et and heard and passed upon all
<br />objections to the proposed assessment for the Improvement of:
<br />14th Street N.W. from County Road #77(Old HwY 8) to First
<br />Avenue N. W.: Fir st Avenue N.VI. from 14th Street N.W. to
<br />county Road#77(OldHwy 8)
<br />By: Acquisition of street right of way, opening, grading,
<br /> ~aIl.itary sewer ,watermain, ,storm sewer, concrete curb
<br /> .:T ., and gutter; bituminous base and surfacing.
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Vlt.LAGE COUNCIL OF NEW
<br />BR:rGHTONr MINNESOTA:
<br />1. SuchproPQsed assessment, a copy of which is attached
<br />hereto and made .a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall
<br />cortstitutethe special assessment against the lands named therein,
<br />an'd each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be
<br />benefi.ted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess-
<br />ment levied against it.
<br />2. Su~h'assessment shall be payabl,e,in equal annual install-
<br />ments extending-over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of

<br />interest shall be charged if the entire assessment is paid ,within
<br />30 days from the adoption of this resolution and he may, at anY time
