<br />... <br /> ,.. ,. <br />~, i <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1239 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON IMPROVE~T 71-2 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota as follows: <br /> WHEREAS pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by <br /> law the Village Council has met and heard and passed upon all <br /> objections to the proposed assessment for the Improvement of: <br /> County Road #77 (Old Hwy 8) between 14th Street N.W. and <br /> First Avenue N.W. <br /> By,~t6tm sewer <br /> Now'THtRE-FORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF, <br /> NEW BRIG~N; MINNESOTA: <br /> l~ Suoh:proposed assessment, a copY' of which is attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall <br /> constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, <br /> and each-tract of land therein included is hereby found to be <br /> henefitedby the proposed improvement in the 'amount of the assess- <br /> ment levied against it. <br /> 2. Such asses$ment shall be payable in equal annual install- <br /> ments extending over a period of fifteen (15) years, the first of <br /> the installm~nts to be payable on or after the first Monday in <br /> January 1974. and shall bear interest at the rate of eight percent <br /> ( SO.k ) per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment <br /> resolution until December 31, 1973, to each subsequent installment <br /> when due shall be added interest for one (1) year on all unpaid <br /> installments. , <br /> 3 .'!Phe owner of an~ property so ass~ssed may, ,at any time <br /> prior to certification of the assessment to the cotin~y auditor, <br /> pay the whole 'of the assessment on such property, with interest <br /> accrued to the dat~ 9! p~ymeqt, ~othe Village Tr~asurer, except <br /> that no interest 'shall be 'charged' ii'the'elt':i:re, assessment is paid <br /> . c .~ - ,.
