<br /> \. , <br />if <br />.-.., .. .,'iL <br />" <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1231 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> pROPOSED ASS1!:SSMENT WD SETTING DATE OF HEARING <br /> Extract of Minutes of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota: <br /> pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />village council of the Village of New Brighton, Minnesota washe~d <br /> at the Village Hall in said Village on the 26th day of June, 1973, <br /> a~ 8:00 ,p.m~ with the following members present: <br /> Bromander,. Ander son, Eagon, Fisher, Rebelein <br /> and'the following members absent: None <br /> Councilman Fisher introduced the following Resolution and moved it~; <br /> adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED, 'ORDERING PREPARATION <br /> OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING ON <br /> IMpROVEMENT 71-2, 3, 4, 5, II, 16, 18 and 19 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NEW <br />BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed is <br /> hereby declared to be $564,559.83. <br /> 2. The~~illage Clerk with the assistance of the Village <br /> Engineer shall fbrthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br /> specially assessed for such improvement against every <br /> assessable lot, place or parcel of land within the distric'l: <br /> affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by <br /> law and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in <br /> his office for public inspection. <br /> 3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assess- <br /> ments notify the council thereof. <br /> 4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set <br /> for August 2, 1973 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. at the Village Hall. <br /> 5. That mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each <br /> benefited pr.,a.perty o~ner as re:r\lired by law. <br /> <- <br /> . <br />
