" <br /> ~ <br /> , <br />t - <br /> .~ .. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1216 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON IN THE 1200 BLOCK NW OF THE <br /> PROPERTY ABUTTING OLD HIGHWAY 8 <br /> WHEREAS the village of New Brighton has been requested <br /> to subdivide certain property in the Village of New Brighton <br /> described as follows: <br /> Subject to State Trunk Highway 8-63, all that part of <br /> the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Town 30, Range 23 described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the <br /> centerline of said Highway 8-63 with the centerline <br /> of State Trunk Highway 1007 thence Northeasterly on <br /> the centerline of said Highway 8-63, 983.53 feet for <br /> point of beginning7 thence Southeasterly at right <br /> angles to said centerline, 340 feet7 thence South- <br /> westerly at right angles 365 feet7 thence South- <br /> easterly at right angles 210 feet7 thence Northeast- <br /> erly at right angles 60 feet7 thence Northwesterly <br /> at right angles 100 feet 7 thence Northeasterly at <br /> right angles 500 feet7 thence deflect 100 right, <br /> 406 17 feet7 thence deflect 1000 left, 464.1 feet, <br /> more or less, to the centerline of said Highway 8-637 <br /> thence Southwesterly on said centerline to beginning. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New <br /> Brighton village Code provides for subdivision of property <br /> without platting, if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met7 <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br /> village of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision <br /> of the above described property into parcels described as <br /> follows: <br /> Parcel "A" All that part of the SE 1/4 Section 20, <br /> Town 30, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at <br /> the intersection of centerline of S.T.H. No. 100 with <br /> the centerline of County Road No. 77, formerly known as <br /> S . T . H . #87 thence Northeasterly following the centerline <br /> of said County Road No. 77, 983.53 feet7 thence South- <br /> easterly at right angles, 450 feet7 thence Northeasterly <br /> at right angles, 195 feet7 thence deflect right 10000', <br /> 142.16 feet feet for point of beginning7 thence deflect <br />
