RESOLUTION NO. 1216 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON IN THE 1200 BLOCK NW OF THE PROPERTY ABUTTING OLD HIGHWAY 8 WHEREAS the village of New Brighton has been requested to subdivide certain property in the Village of New Brighton described as follows: Subject to State Trunk Highway 8-63, all that part of the SE 1/4 of Section 20, Town 30, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of said Highway 8-63 with the centerline of State Trunk Highway 1007 thence Northeasterly on the centerline of said Highway 8-63, 983.53 feet for point of beginning7 thence Southeasterly at right angles to said centerline, 340 feet7 thence South- westerly at right angles 365 feet7 thence South- easterly at right angles 210 feet7 thence Northeast- erly at right angles 60 feet7 thence Northwesterly at right angles 100 feet 7 thence Northeasterly at right angles 500 feet7 thence deflect 100 right, 406 17 feet7 thence deflect 1000 left, 464.1 feet, more or less, to the centerline of said Highway 8-637 thence Southwesterly on said centerline to beginning. WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton village Code provides for subdivision of property without platting, if certain criteria can be met, and WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been met7 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the village of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: Parcel "A" All that part of the SE 1/4 Section 20, Town 30, Range 23 described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of centerline of S.T.H. No. 100 with the centerline of County Road No. 77, formerly known as S . T .
