<br /> WHEREAS the Village of New Brighton has been requested to

<br /> WHEREAS Section 475: 24, Subdivision 2, of the. New Brighton
<br /> Village Code provides for subdivision of property without pla.tting,
<br /> if certain criteria cap. be met, and
<br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has
<br /> peen met:
<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
<br /> New Brighton that the council approves subdivision of the above
<br /> described property into parcels described as follows:
<br /> 1. Unplatted lands ex the W 33' of the S 134' .... the E 363'
<br /> of N 330' of SW ~ of Sec. 32, T-30, R-23, New Brighton,
<br /> Minnesota.
<br /> 2. Lot 3, Block 1, Olivewood Add., New Brighton, Minnesota,
<br /> plus the W 33' of the N 76' of the S 134' of that parcel
<br /> described as Unplatted lands, the E 363' of the N 330' of
<br /> SW .~ of Sec. 32, T-30, R-23, New Brighton, Minnesota.
