..., ~ - .. . - " RESOLUTION NO. 1203 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF RAMSEY VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON RESOLUTION DECLARING A MORATORIUM ON THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS ON CERTAI N LANDS IN THE VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON IN THE AREA OF RUSH LAKE WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Open Space System proposes to acquire certain lands in the area of Rush Lake in the Village of New Brighton for open space, and WHEREAS the Village of New Brighton has adopted Resolution ! ; No. 1192, which approves the proposed acquisition, and i WHEREAS the approval granted in Resolution No. 1192 is conditional, and WHEREAS it is in the best interests of the Village of New Brighton and the County of Ramsey that no building or , construction take place within this area until final determinatio~ is made as to whether or not such land shall be acquired for open space NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That a moratorium is hereby declared on the issuance of building permits in the hereinafter described area and the Building Inspector is hereby directed to refuse to issue any building permits in the area hereinafter described from the date of the adoption of this Resolution for a period of six (6) months unless otherwise directed by the Village Council of the Village of New Brighton by Resolution.
