<br /> ~ , , <br /> , , <br />" . . <br /> After due consideration of all bids, Councilman B&IOa <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. Uti <br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE AND FIXING THE <br /> FORM AND SPECIFICATIONS OF $535,000 <br /> TEMPORARY IMPROVEMENT BONDS OF 1973, <br /> PROVIDING FOR THEIR EXECUTION AND DELIVERY <br /> AND CREATING FUNDS FOR THEIR PAYMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED ,by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> 1. All action heretofore taken in connection with the <br /> issuance and sale of $535,000 Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1973 <br /> is hereby ratified and confirmed, and the sale thereof is awarded <br /> to "'.~l BuIl.,s. Put <br /> on its bid to purchase bonds bearing interest as follows: <br /> ..- <br /> at a price of $ ... 000.11 plus accrued interest. Said bid is <br /> hereby found to, be'the best bid, providing an average annual net <br /> interest cost not exceeding 7% on $527,200 to maturity. The Mayor <br /> and Village Manager are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> a contract with the successful bidder and the Treasurer to return <br /> the good faith checks of all unsuccessful bidders forthwith. The <br /> bonds shall, be numbered serially from 1 upwards and shall be in <br /> the following denominationis) : <br /> Serial Numbers Denomination <br /> I-I" l1IaIalw ......... <br /> 2. Pursuant to Section 429.091, Subdivision 3, Minnesota <br /> Statutes, as amended, the Village shall forthwith issue its Temporary <br /> Improvement Bonds of 1973, in the aggregate principal amount of <br /> $535,000, dated April 1, 1973, to bear interest as above set forth, <br /> payable October 1, 1973 and semiannually thereafter on April 1 and <br /> October luntil maturity, and to mature on April 1, 1976, all bonds <br /> being subject to redemption and prior payment at the option of the <br /> Village at any time on or after October 1, 1975 at par and accrued <br /> interest, to pay the costs of Improvement Nos. 73-2, 73-3, 73-4, <br /> 73-5, 73-6 and 73-9, consisting of acquiring, opening and widening <br />
