", <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1!87 ~ <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 74-2 TO ENGINEER FOR <br />STUDY AND REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to make the following improvement: <br /> <br />Construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br />bituminous base and surfacing, concrete~curb and gutter <br /> <br />Location: Silver Lake Road and Palmer Drive extended, <br />from Silver Lake Road to 27th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn.
