[' { <br />o~ ~"-".) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1476 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW ,BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON (Water Tower Site on 5th Street SW) <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to <br /> subdivide certain property in the City of New Brighton I <br /> described as follows: <br /> Parcel A: Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision No. 26 <br /> except the South 66 feet of the West <br /> 604.87 feet and except the west 544 feet of <br /> the north 501.28 feet. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting <br /> ordinance approval of that municipality must be obtained <br /> before such subdivision can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New <br /> Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property <br /> without platting, if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria <br /> has been met <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the <br /> City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision <br /> of the above described property into parcels described as <br /> follows: <br /> Parcell: The east 200 feet of the west 744 feet of <br /> Lot 7 Auditors Subdivision No. 26 except the <br /> south 66 feet thereof and except the north <br /> 351.28 feet thereof. <br /> Parcel 2: Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision No. 26 except <br /> the following: <br /> A. The south 66 feet of the west 604.87 feet; <br /> B. The west 544 feet of the north 501.28 feet; <br /> C. The east 200 feet of the west 744 feet <br /> except the south 66 feet and except the <br /> north 351.28 feet. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of December, 1974. <br />
