<br /> .- , ... <br />.,. <br />. <br />~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1459 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION REFERRING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT 75-9 TO ENGINEER FOR <br /> STUDY AND REPORT <br /> WHEREAS the New Brighton city Council has initiated <br /> consideration of the following improvement <br /> J:mprovement By: Opening, grading, sanitary sewer, water- <br /> main, storm sewer, concrete curb and <br /> gutter, base and bituminous surfacing <br /> Loc ation : All streets included in preliminary plat <br /> Innsbruck East, also that portion of <br /> Torchwood Drive lying between preliminary <br /> plat Innsbruck East and Forestdale Road <br /> and also that portion of Mimosa Lane <br /> lying between preliminary plat Innsbruck <br /> East and Forestdale Road <br />, <br />l <br /> and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of <br /> the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minn. Statutes, Sec. <br /> 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton, Minnesota That the proposed imporvement be <br /> referred to Milner W. Carley & Associates for study and that <br /> he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient ; <br /> speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether <br /> the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />I best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br /> improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as t <br /> , <br /> I <br /> recommended. i <br /> Adopted this 10th day of December, 1974. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> _~eJ)J~, Thomas <br /> Vernon c.
