')( <br /> <br />"" <br />ic -.,..... <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1406 <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE QUIT CLAIM DEED TO RELEASE TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION <br />EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City of New Brighton did acquire the following <br />temporary construction easement on April 24, 1973: <br /> <br />~ . <br />I A temporary construct10n easement over the West 40 feet of J <br />the East 95 feet and over the North 40 feet of the South ~ <br />, 50 feet, except the East 95 feet thereof, of the following: . <br />That part of the East ~ of the SE~ of the SW~ of Section 19~) <br />Town 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minn., lying North and ~ <br />East of a line described as follows: Beginning on the <br />~ East line of and 866.88 feet north from the SE corner of <br />said ~; thence West 183 feet; thence North 120 feet; <br />thence West to the West line.of the East ~ of the SE~ of <br />the SW~ of Section 19, Town 30, Range 23 and there <br />terminating, subject to road, <br /> <br />and <br />WHEREAS siad temporary construction easement was to expire <br />December 31, 1974, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it has been determined that the easement is no <br />longer needed; the proposed improvement having: been completed <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Mayor and Manager <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed <br />conveying the interest of the City of New Brighton in said <br />temporary easement to Rodney W.
