<br />- <br />" <br /> .... , ., . <br />fir - <br />)' RESOLUTION NO. 1383 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION DEC~IgG COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF HEARING <br />Extract of Minutes of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the city council of the City of New Brighton, Minnesota was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on the 9th day of July, 1974, at <br />8:00 p.m. with the followling members present: <br /> Bromander, Eagon, Anderson, Fisher, Rebelein <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Councilman Eagon introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION DECLAR ING COST TO BE ASSESSED, ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT AND SETTING DATE OF <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT 72 - 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 and 12 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NEW BRIGHTON, MINNESOTA <br />1. The cost of such improvements to be specially assessed is <br /> hereby declared to be $566,510.40 of which $536,667.28 <br /> is proposed to be assessed in 1974 and the remainder at <br /> a future date; <br />2. The City Clerk with the assistance of the City Engineer <br /> shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be <br /> specially assessed for such improvement against every <br /> assessable lot, place or parcel of land within the <br /> district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as <br /> provided by law and shall file a copy of such proposed <br /> assessment in his office for public inspection; <br />3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed <br /> assessments notify the council thereof; <br />4. That a public hearing on the proposed assessment be set <br /> for August 8, 1974 at 7:00 o'clock p.m., at the City <br /> Hall; <br />5. That mailed notices of this hearing be sent to each <br /> benefited property owner as required by law. <br />
