<br />, ") , , <br /> RESOLUTION NO 1376 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLU~ION DECLARING PARCEL OF LAND TO BE LANDLOCKED; DECLARING A <br />PORTION OF PARK PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING AND DlRECTHi:G <br />MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DRIVEWAY EASEMENT ON PARK PROPERTY <br />TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO LANDLOCKED PARCEL <br />WHEREAS there exists a parcel of ~and suitable for a single <br />family dwelling, and <br />WHEREAS such parcel of land does not have access to a public <br />street, and <br />WHEREAS a portion of Sunnyside Park may be divided to providE <br />access to said parcel <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That parcel of land hereinafter described is of <br /> suitable size and terrain for a1single family <br /> residence and has no access to a public street: <br /> , .: <br /> ~All that part of Lot' '1': Block 7,' SUNNYSIDE HEIGHTS', <br /> Ramsey County, Minnesota lyLng southeasterly of the <br /> ex~endecl northwesterly line of Lot-8, Block 8, <br /> 'SUNNYSIDE HEIGHTS' and southwesterly of the extended <br /> northeasterly lin~ of Lot 8, Block 14, I SUNNYSIDE <br /> HEIGHTS'" <br />2. That a portion of Sunnyside Park immediately adjacent <br /> thereto can reasonably be declared to be surplus to <br /> the extent of providing access to the foregoing parcel <br /> of real estate. <br />3. The Mayor and Manager be authorized and directed to <br /> execute on behalf of the City of New Brighton an <br /> easement for driveway purposes described as follows: <br /> lIAn easement for ingress and egress over that part of <br /> said Lot, Block 7 described as follows: beginning at <br /> the most northerly corner of said Lot 8, Block 14; <br /> thence northwesterly along the extended northeasterly <br /> line of said Lot 8, Block 14 a distance of 25 feet; <br /> thence northeasterly deflecting to the right 90 degrees <br /> a distance of 40 feet; thence southeasterly deflecting <br /> to the right 90 degrees a distance of 25 feet to a <br /> point on the southeasterly line of said Lot, 1, Block 7 <br /> distance 40 feet northeasterly of the most northerly <br /> corner of said Lot 8, Block 14; thence southwesterly <br /> along said southeasterly line 40 feet to the point of <br /> beginning.
