<br /> . .'" . <br />tl -'~ ......,'11 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1369 <br /> STATE' OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT 75-2A AND 75=2B <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton proposes to make <br />. Improvement 75-2A--Water Storage Tank and 75-2B--Water Distributior~ <br />Lines, and <br /> WHEREAS. in order to proceed with such proposed improvements <br />it is necessary to engage the services of a consulting engineering <br />firm, and <br /> WHEREAS,~~ it is advisable to have a written agreement with <br />such consulting engineering firm, <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLvED, That the Mayor and Manager are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the contract between the <br />City of New Brighton and-Milner W.
