<br /> WHEREAS: The City of New Brighton requires that property herein described
<br /> below shall be considered one parcel and;
<br /> WHEREAS: James P. and Dorothy Cobb, owners of premises herein described belew,
<br /> covenant and agree that the said parcels shall be considered one parcel and that
<br /> no division thereof shall be made without permission from the City of New BrightOQ
<br /> I TIS THEREFORE AGREED: That the following parcels of land shall be one parcel
<br /> and that no division thereof shall be made without permission from the City of
<br /> New Brighton.
<br /> (1) That part of the West one hundred sixty (W. 160) feet of the North two
<br /> hundred ninety-five (N. 295) feet of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of the
<br /> Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 18,
<br /> Township 30, Range 23, lying Southerly of the following described line:
<br /> Commencing at a point on the East line of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4),
<br /> Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, distant four hundred seventy-one (471)
<br /> feet South of the Northeast corner of said Southeast quarter (SE 1/4), thence
<br /> South 530301 West for a distance of three hundred eighty-five (385) feet,
<br /> thence North 88057' West to a point at the center line of Long Lake Road and
<br /> then terminating; and South one hundred eighty-five (185) feet of the North
<br /> two hundred ninety-five (295) feet of that part of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4)
<br /> of the Northeast quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section
<br /> 18, Township 30, Range 23, lying East of Long Lake Road (subject to Long Lake
<br /> Road), according to the U.S. Government survey thereof; except the South 92.5
<br /> feet of the above described parcels. Subject to unrecorded sewer easement.

<br /> West, Ramsey County; Minnesota, lying east of the center line of Long Lake Road

<br /> said Southeast quarter (SE 1/4), thence South 53030' West for a distance or
