That the Planning Commission considered the application <br /> at its meetings held on December 4, 1973 and December 18, 1973 and <br /> reported its findings and rec9mmendations to the City Council on <br /> January 8, 1974: <br /> 5. That on January 8, 1974, the City Council set January 29, <br /> 1974 at 8 o'clock p.m. as the time and date for a public hearing to. <br /> hear all persons who wished to speak for or against such requested <br /> rezoning: <br />
