<br /> .. , " '. <br /> . j.... ... ..- <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1337 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER FROM CONTINGENCY APPROPRIATION <br /> TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS the 1974 Operating Budget was adopted prior to <br /> determination of final Personal Services costs for 1974, and <br /> WHEREAS such costs have now been determined, and <br /> WHERE~S mo~ies must be provided to fund such additional <br /> costs, and <br /> WHEREAS funds are available for transfer to various <br /> departments within the General Fund from the Contingency <br /> appropriation to fund such costs <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton as follows: <br /> 1. An amount of $12,982.00 be transferred from the <br /> Contingency Appropriation to the various departments <br /> within the General Fund to be allocated as follows: <br /> Department Personal Services Current Expenses <br /> 4051 Clerk-Treasurer $ 492.00 <br /> 411 Police 5,576.00 <br /> 422 Street 1,049.00 <br /> 475 Parks 312.00 <br /> 492 Insurance & Retirement <br /> workmen's Compensation $ 3,264.00 <br /> Group Health Insurance 2,289.00 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ~at the Manager and Clerk- <br /> Treasurer bring into effect the provisions of this resolution. <br /> AdoPted this 9th day of April, 1974 <br /> ATTEST: / <br /> Gayl .
