<br /> ~ <br /> .. , <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br /> city Code provides for subdivision of property without platting, <br /> if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has been <br /> 'met <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of NeH <br /> Brighton that the council approves subdivision of the above <br /> described prope%ty into parcels described as follows: <br /> 1. The S 328".of that part of the SE 1/4 of.,the NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 18, Township 30, Range 23 as described as follows:: <br /> Commencing at a point in the'S boundary line of the SE l/.I~ <br /> of the NW 1/4 of said Section 18: which said point is <br /> 495' W of the SE corner of said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br /> said Section 18: thence W along the S boundary line of <br /> said SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 a distance of 19 rods: thence <br /> N on a line parallel with the E boundary line of said <br /> SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of a distance of 42 rods: thence E on a <br /> line parallel with the S Boundary line of said SE 1/4 <br /> of NW 1/4 a distance of 19 rods; thence S on a line <br /> parallel with the E boundary line of said SE 1/4 of NW l/;~ <br /> a distance of 42 rods to point of beginning, subject to <br /> rights acquired for public highway; also subject to <br /> easements and restrictions of record, if any. <br /> 2.
