"- <br /> " <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1312 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON ON THE EAST SIDE OF LONG LAKE ROAD BE'lWEEN <br /> MOUNDS A VENUE AND THE BRIDGE <br /> WHEREAS the City of New Brighton has been requested to sub- <br /> divide certain property in the City of New Brighton described as <br /> follows: <br /> That part of the West one hundred sixty (W. 160) feet of the <br /> North two hundred ninety-five (N. 295) feet of the Southeast <br /> quarter (SE 1/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE l/4) of the <br /> Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 18, Township 30, <br /> Range 23, lying Southerly of the following described line: <br /> Commencing at a point on the East line of the Southeast <br /> quarter (SE 1/4), Section 18, Township 30, Range 23, distant <br /> four hundred seventy-one (471) feet South of the Northeast <br /> corner of said Southeast quarter (SE 1/4), thence South <br /> 53030' West for a distance of three hundred eighty-five <br /> (385) feet, thence North 880571 West to a point at the <br /> center line of Long Lake Road and then terminating: and <br /> South one hundred eighty-five (185) feet of the North two <br /> hundred ninety-five (295) feet of that part of the Southwest <br /> quarter (SW l/4) of the Northeast quarter (NE l/4) of the <br /> Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 18, Township 30, <br /> Range 23, lying East of Long Lake Road (subject to Long Lake <br /> Road), according to the U.S. Government survey thereof. <br /> WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br /> located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br /> approval of that municipality must be obtained before such sub- <br /> division can be filed, and <br /> WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br /> City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting, <br /> if certain criteria can be met, and <br /> WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br /> been met <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br /> described property into parcels described as follows: <br /> l.
