<br />.j ~ , <br />\ <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1308 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 1291 BEING A RESOLUTION <br />ORDERING IMPROVEMENT 74-2 AND DETERMINING THE ALIGNMENT FOR A <br />PORTION THEREOF <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council by adopting Resolution No. 1291 <br />determined the alignment of Palmer Drive for a distance of <br />100 feet west from the westerly curb line of Silver Lake Road, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Council now has information which indicates that <br />it would be desirable to extend the alignment for a greater <br />distance <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the alignment of Palmer Drive be and is hereby <br />established for a ,distance of 300 feet west ~~om the westerly <br />curb line of Silver Lake Road in accordance with plans submitted <br />to the City by the Consulting Engineer January 15, 1974. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 22nd day of January, 1974 <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: .... <br />'t:' <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />,n;..
