<br />,&:1(1 ~ <br /> '" <br />. <br />. , <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1647 "'" <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING OFFENSIVE TRADE LICENSE TO BROWNING-FERRIS <br /> INDUSTRIES <br /> WHEREAS Chapter 860 of the 1966 4ocb! ;'f Ordinances of the <br /> City of New Brighton requires licensing of offensive trades,and <br /> WHEREAS the City Council finds that a refuse transfer <br /> station is an offensive trade, and <br /> WHEREAS Browning-Ferris Industries had applied for renewal <br /> of an offensive trades license to operate a refuse transfer <br /> station at 1021 First Street NW <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br /> New Brighton, That an offensive trade license be issued to <br /> Browning-Ferris Industries for a refuse transfer station at <br /> 1021 First Street NW <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such license be conditioned <br /> on: <br /> 1. Parking being permitted only in the designated parking <br /> area in front of the building with overflow parking <br /> allowed only within the fenced area. <br /> 2. No parking permitted in the access and driveway areas. <br /> 3. Transfer station may be used only for the purpose of <br /> transferring rubbish collected by Browning-Ferris <br /> Industries. <br /> 4. New Brighton residents may not use the station. <br /> 5. All truck washing shall be in,an enclosed building. <br /> 6.
