" <br />~ ,. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1628 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITY SEWER AND WATER CONNECTION CHARGES <br />FOR PROPERTIES CONNECTING TO CITY SEWER OR WATER SYSTEM WHICH <br />HAVE NOT BEEN ASSESSED FOR SEWER OR WATER MAINS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS a number of properties adjacent to or in close <br />proximity to City sewer and water mains have not connected to <br />and have not been assessed for said mains, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS the water and sewer system of the City is adequete <br />to serve such properties in many instances <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of New Brighton that before such properties connect to the I <br />City mains that; <br /> <br />1. The city Director of Public Works make a determination <br />that the City system is adequete to serve the property <br />requesting connection <br /> <br />2. All conditions and procedures outlined in Section 265 <br />and or 280 of the New Brighton City Code be complied <br />with <br /> <br />3.
