e- . r -2- ~ .. approval of that municipality must be obtained before such subdivision can be filed, and WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton City Code provides for subdivision of property without platting if certain crite:ria can be met, and WHEREAS The Council has determined 'that sU'Gh criteria has been met; NOW THEREFORE BE IT resolved by the Council of the City of New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above described property into parcels described as follows: 1.
