The City does hereby grant. to Occupants the right to occupy <br /> that portion of City land shown on the attached survey for <br /> the li.ited purpose of maifita.1ninq i1 fence and gardening on <br /> the following terms and conditionsl <br /> a) Sueh rights shall cease when the Occupants are no longer <br /> owners and occupants of the adjacent residence but in <br /> any event on August 1, 1985. <br /> b) Occupants shall construct no fences or structures of any <br /> kind upon such lalld without t.he writte~_t_~._ <br /> City. <br /> c) Occupants hereby covenant and agree to save and hold City <br /> ha~less from any claims or causes of action of any kind <br /> by reason of Occupants using City owned land. <br />
