I: 1584 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT, APPROVING APPLICATION FOR <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT SP-64, APPROVING APPLICATION FOR NON- <br /> CONFORMING USE PERMIT NC-3, AND STATING REASONS FOR SUCH APPROVALS <br /> WHEREAS Gordon Rendering Company, Inc. has made application <br /> to the City for a special use permit to allow the operation of a <br /> rendering plant, and <br /> WHEREAS Gordon Rendering Company has made application to build <br /> on property with existing non-conformities and to expand certain i <br /> I <br /> non-conformities, and I <br /> WHEREAS such applications have been duly processed by the City <br /> staff, reviewed by the Planning Commission, and considered by the <br /> City Council at a properly called public hearing thereon , <br /> ! <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> NEW BRIGHTON, That the Council hereby makes the following findings <br /> of fact in respect to SP-64 and NC-3: <br /> Findings of Fact <br /> 1. The applicat.ion for special use permit SP~64was filed <br /> with the City on July 9, 1975 and the application for <br /> non-conforming use permit NC-3 was filed with the City <br /> on July 9, 1~75. <br /> 2. The applications meet the technical requirements for <br /> consideration by the City Council. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission considered the special use <br /> permit application on July 15, 1975, and recommended <br /> approval thereof. I <br /> 4. The Planning Commission considered the non-conforming use <br /> permit application on July 15, 1975, and recommended <br /> approval thereof on certain conditions. <br /> 5. The City Council pursuant to published and mailed notices <br /> held a public hearing on July 22, 1975, to consider I <br /> the applications. All persons present, including the <br /> applicant, and its engineer, were given an opportunity <br /> to be fully heard. <br /> 6. The written comments and analysis of the city Building <br /> and Planning Coordinator, the Planning Commission minutes <br /> and all statements made by persons in favor of and <br /> opposed to the approval of the applkations were considered <br /> by the City Council. <br /> i <br /> ! <br /> i <br /> i <br /> : <br />
