<br /> '! <br /> , <br />. <br />"- Page 3 <br />WHEREAS State Statutes require that if such property is <br />located in municipalities that have adopted a platting ordinance, <br />approval of that municipality must be obtained before such <br />subdivision can be filed, and <br />WHEREAS Section 475:24, Subdivision 2, of the New Brighton <br />city Code provides for subdivision of property without platting <br />if certain criteria can be met, and <br />WHEREAS the Council has determined that such criteria has <br />been met; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT resolved by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton that the Council approves subdivision of the above <br />described property into par<::els def3cribed as follows: <br />Parcell: All that part of the N~ of the SE\ of Section 20, <br /> Township 30 North, Range 23 West, including a <br /> part of Lots U, T, L and A of Registered Land <br /> Survey No. 105, Ramsey County, Minnesota, bounded <br /> by the following described line: <br /> Beginning on the north line of the N~ of the SE~ <br /> of Section 20, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, <br /> and a point which is 120 feet westerly, measured <br /> at right angles to the centerline of the main <br /> line track of The Minnesota Transfer Railway <br /> Company, as now owned and operated; thence south- <br /> easter ly, parallel and 120 feet westerly of the <br /> centerline of the main line track of said Railway <br /> to a point of intersection with a line which is <br /> 50 feet westerly, measured at right angles and <br /> parallel to the centerline of the south IILadderll <br /> track of the Stock Yard tracks of said Railway; <br /> thence continue southeasterly from said last des- <br /> cribed point of intersection, parallel and 50 feet <br /> westerly from the centerline of said IILadderll track <br /> to a point of intersection with a line which is 50 <br /> feet westerly, measured at right angles to the <br /> centerline of the main line track of said Railway; <br /> thence southerly parallel and 50 feet westerly of <br /> the centerline of the main line of said Railway to <br /> intersection with the south line of the N~ of the <br /> SE\ of said Section 20; thence east on the south <br /> line of the said N~ of SE~ of said Section 20 to <br /> intersection with the southwesterly line of Re- <br /> gistered Land Survey No. 105; thence north 110181 <br /> west along the southwesterly line of Registered <br /> Land Survey No. 105 to the southwest corner of <br /> Lot U of Registered Land Survey No. 105; thence <br /> easterly along the southerly line of said Lot U a <br /> distance of 31.31 feet; thence north 110181 west <br /> a distance of 90.15 feet; thence north 780421 east <br /> on a line parallel to and 64.2 feet southeasterly <br /> of the northwesterly line of said Lot U a distance <br />
