<br />/ ~..' <br />f- .. <br />. .. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1527 <br /> <br />STATE OF ,MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON 25th STREET NW <br />FROM LONG' LAKE ROAD TO 14th AVENUE NW <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS Section 710:70 of the New Brighton City Code states <br />that the city Council shall designate no parking areas and <br />bus loading areas by resolution, and <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is in the interest of public safety to have no <br />parking areas and a bus loading area on 25th Street NW from <br />. Long Lake Road to 14th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of New <br />Brighton, Minnesota that the Director of Public Works is <br />hereby authorized and directed to install the following signs: <br /> <br />1. "No parking 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM School Days" <br /> <br />A. On the north side of 25th St. NW <br />from the east line of Long Lake Read <br />to the west line of 14th Avenue NW. <br /> <br />B. On the south side of 25th St. NW <br />from the west line of Long Lake Road <br />to a point 291 feet easterly. <br /> <br />! C. On the south side of 25th St. NW <br />from a point 477 feet east of the east <br />line of Long Lake Road to a point on <br />the east line of 14th Ave. NW <br /> <br />2. "No Parking between signs - Bus Loading Zone" <br />on the south side of 25th St. NW from <br />a point 291 feet east of the east line <br />of Long Lake Road to a point 477 feet <br />east of the east line of Long Lake Road <br /> <br />j.
