<br />.. <br /> ..' . <br />J, . , ~ <br /> , <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1524 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING MAYOR AND MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />APPLIcATION BY GOVERNMENTAL SUBDIVISION FOR CONVEYANCE OF TAX- <br />FORFEITED LANDS <br /> WHEREAS Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, Syndicate Addition to <br />Minneapolis Stockyards are parcels of land lying within the <br />confines of Hansen P~rk in the City of New Brighton, are needed <br />for park, recreation and open space purposes, and are parcels of <br />land forfeited to the State of Minnesota for failure to pay <br />real estate taxes <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Manager <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the <br />city of New Brighton an Application by Governmental Subdivision <br />for Conveyance of Tax-forfeited Lands requesting a conveyance frorr: <br />the State of Minnesota of Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, Syndicate <br />Addition to Minneapolis Stockyards, to the City of New Brighton <br />for park, recreation and open space purposes. <br />Adopted by the New Brighton City Council this 11th day of <br />March 1975. <br /> ..' <br />ATTEST: <br /> '- <br />~ ~,Dj)L/LAA~ <br />Vernon C.
