<br />II <br /> <br />. 2. The approval of the Planned Unit Development authorizes the following variation <br /> <br />'Nom the requirements of the City Code applicable to the Subject Property: Building and <br /> <br />jparking setbacks may be reduced as shown on Attachments Two through Seven. <br /> <br /> <br />3. No more than 125 dwelling units may be constructed on the Subject Property, and <br /> <br />'ItIo use other than residential use is permitted. <br /> <br />j: <br /> <br />4. The Subject Property may only be developed and used in accordance with <br /> <br />'Paragraphs 1 through 3 of this Resolution unless the owner first secures approval by the City <br /> <br />Council of an amendment to this Resolution and to the planned unit development plan for the <br /> <br />'Subject Property or a rezoning to a zoning classification that pennits such other development <br /> <br />, and use. <br /> <br />5. Except as provided herein, use of Subject Property shall conform to the regulations <br /> <br />of the City of New Brighton applicable to R-3A District. <br /> <br />6.
