<br /> .. , , <br />, " ~ <br /> . , <br />~ <br />,; <br />" <br />0 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1521 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> . <br /> , RESOLUTION APPROVING ACQUISITION OF TAX FORFEITED LAND BY RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES <br /> WHEREAS the city of New Br ighton has been advised that certain <br /> land within the city of New Brighton is now certified as being tax <br /> forfeited, and <br /> WHEREAS the Ramsey Cpunty Board of Commissioners by <br /> resolution dated October 7, 1974, classified this land as non- <br /> conservation land, and <br /> WHEREAS the New Brighton City Council by Resolution No. 1469 <br /> dated December 23, 1974, approved the non-conservation classifica- <br /> tion of this land, and <br /> WHEREAS this tract adjoins Old Trunk Highway No. 8, and <br /> WHEREAS the Ramsey County Engineer recommends that said <br /> tract be acquired by the County for highway purposes <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Council of <br /> New Brighton approves of such acquisition by Ramsey County for <br /> highway purposes of the following described parcel: <br /> "Part easterly of centerline of Highw,fiy No. 8 and <br /> southeasterly of centerline of 1st Street S.W. <br /> extended southwesterly of the NE\ of the NW~ <br /> (subject to roads and easements), in Sect.j.on 32, <br /> Township 30, Range 23." <br /> Adopted this 11th day of March 1975. <br /> ATTEST: ,/ <br /> y;-~, c.I2A~ <br /> Vernon C.
