<br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGH'lON
<br /> RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT "A" IMPROVEMENTS 75-4, 5, 6, 8, 9,
<br /> and 10
<br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New Brighton,
<br /> Minnesota as follows:
<br /> WHEREAS pursuant to an advertisement in the New Brighton
<br /> Bulletin and the copstruction Bulletin Febr~ary'6, 13, and 20,
<br /> 1975, bids for Improvements 75-4,. 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10 were received,
<br /> opened and read aloud by city Administration at 11:00 A.M.
<br /> March 3, 1975 according to law and the fOl+owng bids were
<br /> received complying with the advertisement;

<br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
<br /> ,. New Br igh ton, That the bid of Austin P.Keller Construction Company
<br /> in the amount of $424,615.91 be ordered.
<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of New
<br /> Brighton Minnesota:
<br /> 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed
<br /> to enter into the attached contract with Austin P. Keller-
<br /> Construction Company in the name of the City of
<br /> New Brighton for Improvements 75-4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10;
