<br />, , .. .. <br />. . <br /> RESOLUTION NO 1825 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 1977-1981 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND <br />DIRECTING ADMINISTRATION TO TAKE APPROPRIATE STEPS FOR <br />IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF <br />WHEREAS the City Council has held a public hearing and <br />discussed each improvement included in the Proposed 1977-1981 <br />Capital Improvement plan, including method of financing, and <br />WHEREAS all who desired to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to ask questions and indicate their desires, and <br />WHEREAS based on the input provided and detailed review the <br />Council is in a position to consider and adopt a Capital Improve- <br />ment P rog ram <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton, That the 1977-1981 capital Improvement Plan be <br />approved as proposed with the following amendments: <br />1. Proj ect Number 8, Stre'et Overlays be funded by debt levy <br />2. project Number 15, Long Lake Park Study, be reduced by <br /> $5,000 <br />3. project number 12, Silver Oak School Park be increased <br /> by $9,000 <br />4. Project number 16, Park planting Program, be increased by <br /> $11,000 <br />5. New Project, City Hall Expansion Study, be added in the <br /> amount of $6,000 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That administration be and is <br />hereby ordered and directed to take appropriate steps to implement <br />the 1977 improvements included intthe above approved Capital Plan <br />Adopted this 29th day of December, 1976 <br />ATTEST: __0- ,~?~A~- <br /> Gay .
