<br />.. <br />.... <br />," , <br /> \ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1822 <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING CITY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS PRELIMINARY <br />STUDY AND REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS 7 7 -4,5,6, & <br />Alternate 2Improvement 77-7 AND ORDERING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH <br />NOTICE OF HEARING. <br />WHEREAS the City Director of Public Works has completed and <br />submitted said preliminary study and report. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE City <br />of New Brighton, Minnesota, that <br />1. The preliminary report of the New Brighton City Director <br /> of Public Works with reference to all of the aforementioned <br /> proposed improvements is hereby received~ <br />2. The Council will consider the improvements in accordance <br /> with the report and the assessment of abutting property <br /> for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> (Laws 1953 Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total <br /> cost of the improvements of $689,335.23 <br />3. A Public Hearing shall be held on proposed improvements <br /> 77-4,5,6 & Alternate 2 Improvement 77-7 on Tuesday, January <br /> 11, 1977 at 7:00 PM. <br />4.
