<br />. r , <br />"" <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. 1821 <br />Reso1utJ.on No. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF NEW BRIGHTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REPEALING THAT PORTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 1795 RELATING <br />TO RECEIPT OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS PRELIMINARY STUDY AND REPo~r <br />AND THE CALLING OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR IMPROVEMENTS 77 -4,5,6, and 'r <br />AND ALSO RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.S 1800,180l).8Q2 &1803 WHICH ORDER- <br />ED IMPROVEMENTS 77-4,5,6 AND 7. <br /> <br />WHEREAS publication of the notice of hearing for Improvements <br />77-4,5,6 ,and 7, have been found to be inadequate in that only one <br />publication occurred in the official newspaper and two are require([ <br />in order to assess the cost of said improvements, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is the intention of the City to assess the cost df <br />Improvements 77-4,5,6 and 7 which necessitates new proceedings <br />meeting the requirements of M.S.A. Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />New Brighton as follows: <br /> <br />1. That portion of Resolution 1795 relating to receipt of <br />the Director of Public Works report and the ordering of <br />public hearings for Improvements 77-4,5,6 and 7 are here- <br />by repealed. <br /> <br />2.
