After receipt of the results of the initial <br /> tests, CITY shall determine whether there <br /> continue to exist violations of MPCA Standards APC <br /> 9 and 10 or of Section 650 of the City Code <br /> by reason of the generation of excessive and <br /> offensive odors detectable beyond the property <br /> line of COMPANY. <br /> 8. If such violations are determined by the New <br /> Brighton City Council to exist, COMPANY s ha 11 be g i'iTen <br /> six (6) weeks to present a plan and timetable <br /> for modifications or additions as to the air <br /> pollution control equipment of COMPANY so as to <br /> eliminate such violations. <br /> 9. Such plan and timetable shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the New Brighton City Council with <br /> any modifications deemed necessary by the Council <br /> and shall, upon approval, become a condition of <br /> this Offensive Trades License. <br /> BE IT FURTHER AGREED that this agreement shall, upon <br /> execution by both parties hereto, be deemed to have satisfied <br /> the requirements of paragraph 2. of City Resolution No. 1804. <br /> ! <br /> Executed this 25th day of January, 1977.
